1. The service
Nodus Vault lets you save, enrich, organize, search, read, export, and delete bookmarks through the web app and Chromium extension. Features may evolve, and reasonable maintenance or security interruptions may occur.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate account information and protect your password and connected extension tokens.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One person may not create repeated trials or evade security and anti-abuse controls.
3. Your content
You keep your rights in URLs, notes, highlights, page content, tags, and other material you submit. You give Nodus Vault a limited permission to host, process, index, back up, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
- Only save content you are authorized to use.
- Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse third parties, or store unlawful material.
4. AI and third-party processing
Tag suggestions and semantic search may use OpenRouter to route saved bookmark content to models in the Google Gemma 4 and Qwen Embedding families. Automated suggestions can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice. Other providers, including Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Hostinger, and public metadata sources, support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Trial, subscription, and payment
- The current trial lasts 7 days and does not require a card unless the checkout states otherwise.
- Continued access after the trial requires the price, billing period, currency, and taxes shown at checkout.
- Stripe processes payment details; Nodus Vault does not store full card numbers or security codes.
- You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not remove rights that applicable law gives you, including mandatory withdrawal or refund rights.
6. Suspension and deletion
We may restrict an account for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms. Trial accounts are locked when the trial expires and are scheduled for automatic deletion 30 days after the trial end unless reactivated. You may export supported data or delete your account from Settings before then.
- Account deletion is irreversible.
- Temporary exports, backups, transaction records, and privacy-preserving anti-abuse records follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party content, or losses caused by misuse of the account. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Law, changes, and contact
Brazilian law governs these Terms, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. We may update the Terms for legal, security, or product reasons and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Contact: [email protected].
