Does the tool change my current bookmarks?
No. It does not access your browser directly and never overwrites the submitted file. You receive a new file to review and import when ready.
Which duplicates are removed?
Only URLs that match exactly in the original file. Similar-looking addresses remain in the library for manual review, even if removing campaign codes later makes them identical.
Could it remove an important part of a URL?
The tool removes only a known list of advertising and campaign codes. Common parameters identifying pages, products, or searches are preserved.
Does it work with thousands of bookmarks?
Yes. Search and pagination keep the preview from rendering the full library at once. The current file limit is 8 MB.
Which format should I choose?
Use HTML to reimport into a browser, CSV for spreadsheets, JSON for structured data, Markdown for notes, and TXT for a simple URL list.
