No URL parsing or page scraping is required.
A browser bookmark needs a URL and a label. The converter uses the data you provide and stays honest when a label is missing.
Provided titles stay provided
Map a title column and that text becomes the bookmark label, including commas and accented characters.
Missing titles get a clear fallback
When a title is blank, the tool derives a readable label from the hostname and path of the URL.
No page requests
The tool does not open each URL, follow redirects, or parse remote HTML, so private lists remain local and conversion stays fast.

Do you visit every URL to find its title?
No. If the source has a title column, that text is used. If a title is blank, the tool creates a readable fallback from the URL itself without requesting the page.
Which columns can I use?
URL is required. Title, folder path, and date added are optional. Extra columns can be ignored in the mapping step.
Which browsers can import the result?
The download uses the Netscape bookmarks HTML format understood by Chrome, Edge, Brave, Firefox, Safari, and many other browsers.
Are duplicate URLs removed automatically?
No. The preview marks exact duplicates, but removal is opt-in and keeps the first occurrence only.
Is the file uploaded?
No. The input is parsed and the HTML is generated on your device. Titles, URLs, folders, and file names are not sent in analytics events.
